Trinh Thu Vinh is 1 of 15 shooters of the Vietnamese shooting team who will compete in the 2026 World Cup (ISSF World Cup 2026) in Germany from May 24 to May 30.
This year, the coaching staff of the Vietnamese shooting team registered 15 shooters to compete: Ha Minh Thanh, Lai Cong Minh, Le Duy Vuong, Le Thi Mong Tuyen, Nguyen Minh Quang, Nguyen Tam Quang, Nguyen Thuy Dung, Nguyen Thuy Trang, Nguyen Van Quan, Pham Quang Huy, Phi Thanh Thao, Tran Cong Hieu, Trieu Thi Hoa Hong, Vu Tien Nam and Trinh Thu Vinh.
In this year's tournament, the Vietnamese shooting team participated in all events for pistols and rifles.
In which, shooter Trinh Thu Vinh will participate in her forte events 10m women's air pistol and 25m women's sports pistol.
The tournament attracts top world shooters to participate. Therefore, this is an opportunity for Vietnamese shooters to accumulate more experience from the official competition program.
This is the 2nd international tournament of the Vietnamese shooting team from 2026 to date.
In February this year, the Vietnamese shooting team competed in the 2026 Asian Championship (for pistols and rifles) in India. Shooters who participated in the 2026 Asian Championship all went to Germany to compete this time. The goal of the Vietnamese shooting team is to strive to win medals.
