In the opening training session, the coaching staff prioritized stabilizing the organization, disseminating lesson plans and checking the physical condition of the players after the gathering period.
Because most of the new faces were summoned, the training content was mainly light exercises with balls, combined with exercise to help the whole team get used to the intensity of training again, and at the same time create initial cohesion.
Head coach Yutaka Ikeuchi and his colleagues spent time observing and evaluating each player through basic technical exercises and small group coordination.
This is considered an important basis for the coaching staff to have initial assessments of professional competence, adaptability as well as the training attitude of each individual.

Notably, striker Antonio Moric (NK Trnje club, Croatia) - one of the faces receiving much attention - was temporarily transferred to train with the U23 Vietnam team.
This is to continue monitoring and evaluating players in an environment with higher professional requirements. According to the plan, Moric will return to U19 Vietnam after U23 Vietnam departs for China to participate in the CFA Team China 2026 tournament.
The training session took place in a serious but open atmosphere. Young players showed determination and high concentration, especially with faces participating for the first time, this is an opportunity to assert themselves in the process of competing for a position.
According to the plan, U19 Vietnam will maintain a training schedule of 1 to 2 sessions per day. After about a week, the coaching staff will conduct force screening, and at the same time consider adding more personnel to improve competitiveness, towards building an optimal squad for upcoming international tasks.
