On the morning of March 17, the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee organized a conference to implement the decisions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on personnel work.
According to the decision of the Politburo, Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen, resigned from the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, resigned from the position of Vice Chairman of the Hanoi City People's Committee, was transferred, assigned, and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030.
Presenting the decision and congratulating the Deputy Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Hoang Trung Dung - Standing Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee said that Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen is a cadre with a high-level political theory qualification; with a Doctorate in Public Administration.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen was born in 1975, from Hanoi; used to hold the positions of: Director of Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee; has a lot of experience in the field of management and socio-economic development.
