The role of Thai foreign players of LPB Ninh Binh team in the world tournament

Warisara Seetaloed is the only foreign player of LPB Ninh Binh participating in the 2024 World Club Volleyball Championship.

LPB Ninh Binh women's volleyball team is rushing to complete the final preparations before leaving for the 2024 World Club Volleyball Championship in Tianjin (China).

In the squad that coach Thai Thanh Tung brought to China, Warisara Seetaloed is the only foreign player of LPB Ninh Binh. Although he is a young foreign player, Warisara is expected to play an important role in the upcoming world tournament with the Ancient Capital team.

Because the Thai player has proven her good integration and ability when wearing LPB Ninh Binh shirt this season. She came to LPB Ninh Binh under a short-term contract from the beginning of 2024.

In the 2024 Asian Club Championship, Warisara was a major contributor to LPB Ninh Binh reaching the final, before winning the runner-up position to secure a ticket to represent the continent in the world arena. In that tournament, there were many decisive moments when the Thai foreign player shone, single-handedly leading the home team to a series of 3-4 points.

Warisara is only 1m73 tall but has a 2m75 block and 2m84 jump. The 2005-born player was assigned by coach Thai Thanh Tung to play in her main attacking position, thanks to which, she was able to demonstrate her comprehensive playing ability, quickly grasp the head coach's tactical ideas, and effectively implement attack plans.

Warisara Seetaloed's batting speed and run-up speed are also very fast. The Thai foreign player's scoring efficiency is quite high, only behind captain Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen.

Besides, she also shows her progress and maturity every day when competing in Vietnam, both in terms of expertise and mentality on the field. Although only 19 years old, Warisara is always confident, working side by side with her seniors to properly implement the tactics set out by coach Thai Thanh Tung.

With convincing performances in recent tournaments, Warisara promises to play an important role, as one of the main scorers for LPB Ninh Binh in the upcoming world tournament, alongside players Bich Tuyen, Nguyen Thi Trinh and Le Thanh Thuy.

The upcoming Volleyball Club World Championship will most likely be the last tournament that Warisara plays for LPB Ninh Binh. After the 2024 season ends, she will return to her new team in Thailand, Supreme Chonburi. Therefore, the 19-year-old foreign player will certainly play to the best of her ability to contribute to LPB Ninh Binh.

It is known that currently, the training atmosphere of LPB Ninh Binh is very positive. The players are concentrating highly to improve their physical condition, to ensure flexibility and endurance in the upcoming matches.

Certainly, LPB Ninh Binh will conduct intensive training sessions, focusing on improving the weaknesses identified from previous tournaments. Warisara and his teammates are very determined, looking forward to the tournament starting from December 17.
