VFF issues series of disciplinary decisions in the National U19 Championship

The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) issued disciplinary decisions to handle violations at the National U19 Championship 2025-2026.

On December 31, the VFF Disciplinary Committee issued disciplinary decisions against players of the U19 Hoai Duc, U19 Luxury Ha Long and U19 Dao Ha Football Center teams for playing beyond their ability, seriously affecting the integrity and fairness of the tournament.

The Disciplinary Committee issued Decisions No. 1263 to 1267/QD-LDBDVN for players Duong Thanh Tu, Vo Xuan Thien, Tran Nhat Luong, Thai Ba Bao Hoang and Nguyen Dai Hue of Hoai Duc U19 team. Two players Doan Quoc Huy and goalkeeper Vu Tuan Anh of Ha Long Luxury U19 team respectively received Decisions No. 1268 and 1269/QD-LDBDVN. Player Dao Minh Tri of Dao Ha Football Center U19 was handled according to Decision No. 1270/QD-LDBDVN.

According to these decisions, each player is fined 3.75 million VND and suspended from playing until the end of the National U19 Championship 2025-2026 due to improper performance, seriously affecting the prestige of the tournament and the image of Vietnamese football.

VFF affirms its consistent viewpoint of strictly and without exception handling all violations of discipline, competition ethics and negative manifestations in football. In the coming time, VFF will continue to strengthen inspection and supervision, and closely coordinate with functional agencies to proactively detect and promptly handle negative acts.
