Vi Thi Nhu Quynh is expected to return home after finishing playing in Indonesia and she may debut for the Hanoi women's volleyball team in February this year.

According to Lao Dong's investigation, the coaching staff of the Hanoi women's volleyball team will plan to introduce 3 new faces including Nguyen Khanh Dang, Le Thanh Thuy and Vi Thi Nhu Quynh before participating in the 2026 National Championship.

Vi Thi Nhu Quynh is playing for the Yogya Falcons team (Indonesia). She will return home in February, after the tournament in Indonesia closes. Therefore, Nhu Quynh will have enough time to train with her teammates in the Hanoi women's team to participate in the 2026 National Championship.

Meanwhile, the Hanoi women's team has been training to prepare for the 2026 season. Newcomers Nguyen Khanh Dang and Le Thanh Thuy are present in coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet's training squad.

Mr. Kiet officially took on the role of head coach of the team from January 2026 and set a goal to achieve the best results in the 2026 National Championship with the new team.

Because they will participate in the 2026 National Championship, 2 players Vi Thi Yen Nhi and Bui Thi Anh Thao will not be loaned by the Hanoi women's team to LPBank Ninh Binh for reinforcement this year. Last year, these 2 national players played in the main team of LPBank Ninh Binh and won the runner-up position in the 2026 National Championship.

According to the plan, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet will still have 2 additional players from the A division for the Hanoi women's team. The capital's volleyball team is looking to hire a foreign player in the near future.
