World coffee prices
On the London Stock Exchange, Robusta prices turned down:
The term of 11.2025 is still 4,371 USD/ton (-59 USD),
The term of January 1, 2026 is 4,307 USD/ton (-52 USD).
On the New York Stock Exchange, Arabica also decreased:
The term of December 2025 is at 381.80 US cents/lb (-3.05),
The 2023 term is at 368.70 US cents/lb (3.45).
World coffee prices fell sharply as the USD recovered, activated profit-taking and contract liquidation after the session to increase to a high level.
Although profit-taking pressure has caused prices to decrease, the market still has many supporting factors. Arabica inventories tracked by ICE fell to a 16-month low of 685,945 bags. The ICE Robusta warehouse is also maintained in the low area, around 6,638 lots.
Global coffee supply is still facing many uncertainties. Conab has just lowered Brazil's forecast of arabica output in the 2025 crop by 4.9%, while the ICO reported a 1.6% decrease in global coffee exports in July compared to the same period.
However, harvesting pressure in Brazil is still putting pressure on prices as Cooxupe cooperative said its harvest progress had reached 97% as of September 5. This is one of the factors that has caused the increase to be stopped in the short term, according to Barchart.com.
