Retail gas prices by region
Recording retail gas prices today, July 7, by region shows that domestic retail gas prices continue to remain stable across all three regions as businesses have not yet implemented new adjustments. After the price reduction at the beginning of the month, the current price level is maintained at a significantly lower level than at the end of June.
In the North, gas prices in Hanoi are listed at 502,200 VND for 12kg cylinders and 2,008,800 VND for 48kg cylinders. Meanwhile, in Hai Phong, the selling price is 489,888 VND for 12kg cylinders and 1,959,552 VND for 48kg cylinders respectively.
In the Central region, the Da Nang market continues to maintain the price list, with 12kg gas cylinders at 483,000 VND and 48kg cylinders at 1,874,000 VND.
In the South, Ho Chi Minh City maintains a selling price of 522,000 VND for 12kg cylinders and 2,084,000 VND for 48kg cylinders. In Can Tho, the current gas price is at 485,000 VND for 12kg cylinders and 1,940,000 VND for 48kg cylinders.
According to records, after the downward adjustment from the beginning of July, the domestic gas market has entered a stable phase. The fact that businesses have maintained the price list for many consecutive days reflects that supply is guaranteed and the retail price level is temporarily balanced.
Retail gas prices by brand
Recorded retail gas prices today, July 7, according to major brands, continue to be flat when no new fluctuations have been recorded after the adjustment period in early July. Surveys show that the current price of 12kg gas cylinders ranges from 502,200 VND to 612,000 VND, depending on brand and distribution area.
At the Petrolimex system in Hanoi, the price of a 12kg gas cylinder is listed at 502,200 VND, while a 48kg industrial cylinder is kept at 2,008,800 VND.
For SAIGON PETRO, the selling price continues to be maintained at 532,500 VND for 12kg cylinders and 1,997,500 VND for 45kg cylinders.
Meanwhile, Pacific Petro currently lists a 12kg gas cylinder at 612,000 VND and a 45kg cylinder at 2,265,500 VND, the highest in the surveyed brand group.
For PV GAS, in Hanoi, the current price of a 12kg gas cylinder is 538,204 VND and a 45kg cylinder is 2,018,265 VND. In Ho Chi Minh City, the selling price is listed at 602,081 VND for a 12kg cylinder and 2,257,789 VND for a 45kg cylinder respectively.
According to records, brand gas prices have not yet had any new adjustments. In the 12kg gas cylinder group, Petrolimex in Hanoi continues to be the brand with the lowest price, while Pacific Petro has the highest price among surveyed businesses.
