Some provinces such as Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam and Ninh Binh still maintain the level of 68,000 VND/kg. Meanwhile, Hanoi, Bac Giang, Hung Yen, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Thai Binh, Vinh Phuc and Tuyen Quang kept prices higher than VND69,000/kg.
In the Central - Central Highlands region, the price of live pigs has decreased slightly by VND 1,000/kg in some provinces and cities. Pork prices in Binh Dinh decreased by VND 1,000/kg compared to yesterday to VND 67,000/kg. Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Lam Dong, Binh Thuan also recorded a price decrease of VND 1,000/kg. However, Lam Dong and Binh Thuan still recorded the highest price in the region along with Ninh Thuan at 71,000 VND/kg.
In the Southern region today, the price of live pigs recorded a decrease of 1,000 VND/kg in a series of provinces and cities but is still at the highest level in the country. Ba Ria - Vung Tau leads the country with 73,000 VND/kg. Many provinces maintain the price of 71,000 - 72,000 VND/kg, only a few localities such as Tra Vinh, Ben Tre, Vinh Long, Dong Thap, An Giang, Tien Giang maintain the price of 70,000 VND/kg.
