RON 95-III gasoline price forecast to increase in this afternoon's operating session
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the world oil market last week (from September 4, 2025 to September 10, 2025) was affected by main factors such as: Israel attacked Hamas' leadership in Qatar; OPEC+ increased oil production in October 2025; the USD decreased; the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine continued... The above factors have caused world oil prices in recent days to fluctuate up and down depending on each commodity.
Regarding the domestic gasoline price situation, the gasoline price forecasting model using machine Learning of the Vietnam Petroleum Institute (VPI) shows that in the adjustment period on September 18, 2025, retail gasoline prices may only increase slightly by 0.2 - 0.9% compared to the previous adjustment period, if the Ministry of Finance - Industry and Trade does not set aside or use the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund.
According to Mr. Doan Tien Quyet, data analysis expert of VPI, retail price of E5 RON-92 gasoline may increase by 178 VND (0.9%) to 19,928 VND/liter, while RON 95-III gasoline may increase by 180 VND (0.9%) to 20,580 VND/liter. See more...

As the 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, functional forces in Hanoi are stepping up inspection and control of food business activities to prevent the risk of counterfeit, smuggled, and poor quality goods mixing into the market.
On September 17, Market Management Team No. 24 - Hanoi Market Management Department (Standing agency of the City Steering Committee 389) coordinated with Team 7, Economic Police Department - Hanoi City Police to inspect a business establishment at house number 19, lane 101, Chua Tong, An Khanh commune, Hanoi, under Bao Chau General Service and Trading Joint Stock Company owned by Mr. Nguyen Cong Chung.
At the time of inspection, Mr. Chung could not present the certificate of registration of the company's business location at the above address.
Notably, the inspection team also discovered a large quantity of food produced abroad but without invoices or documents proving legal origin.
