Just open your phone or computer, access popular social networking platforms such as Facebook or TikTok, users today can easily encounter livestreams ( live broadcasting - PV) selling goods with all kinds of items, from shoes, clothes, handbags, cosmetics, functional foods to health care products, household appliances.
Unlike traditional markets, "online markets" can attract thousands, even tens of thousands of views, shares, comments, and orders in a short time. However, " net market" is also a fertile land for counterfeit, counterfeit, and poor quality goods.
Difficulties in management
Hanoi has emerged as one of the hot spots for e-commerce and business on the Internet. With the explosive speed of online business activities, especially livestream sales, many major challenges arise for authorities in managing, inspecting and handling violations.
In particular, for the market management force, the fight against counterfeit goods, counterfeit goods, and commercial fraud on e-commerce platforms to protect consumer rights and the business environment of Hanoi City also faces many difficulties.

According to Mr. Hoang Dai Nghia - Captain of Market Management Team No. 1 (Hanoi Market Management Department), our country is currently only on the journey to build laws on e-commerce.
In the work of inspecting and controlling functional agencies, management still only uses Decrees or regulations under the law. According to Mr. Nghia, for the Market Management force in general and Market Management Team No. 1 in particular, creating records and converting evidence from the Internet environment into physical evidence to handle violations according to the law is difficult.
To overcome those difficulties, in the face of each violation, the Market Management force must study the signs of violations, collect evidence and documents related to the violation. Then, during the inspection process, the collected signs of violations must be used to fight and persuade the subject to admit the violation.
With the results achieved over many years, Market Management Team No. 1 has been trusted and assigned the responsibility of being a Mobile Team to inspect and control the fight against smuggling, e-commerce violations and trade fraud in the entire city of Hanoi.
