The Hanoi Market Management Department has just held a conference to evaluate the results of work in November and deploy directions and tasks for December 2025.
The conference aims to comprehensively review the direction, operation, organization of law enforcement, inspection work, fight against smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods and the implementation of assigned targets and plans.

According to the report at the conference, in November 2025 (from October 16 to November 15), the entire Hanoi Market Management Department inspected and handled 500 cases, transferring 2 cases to the investigation agency. The total amount of money collected for the state budget in the month (fines, collection, sales confiscated, interest...) reached 7.08 billion VND.
In the 11 months of 2025 (from December 16, 2024 to November 15, 2025), this unit has inspected and handled 4,762 cases. Of which, the authority of the Hanoi Market Management Department is 200 cases; the authority of the Hanoi People's Committee is 91 cases; the authority of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade is 9 cases; 80 cases are transferred to the investigation agency.
The total amount of money collected for the budget will reach 97.8 billion VND, equivalent to 135.85% of the 2025 target.
At the conference, the Hanoi Market Management Department also said that the Plan for interdisciplinary inspection against smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods at the end of 2025 in Hanoi has initially achieved positive results.
Accordingly, after 1 month of launching (from October 15, 2025 to November 15, 2025), 2 interdisciplinary inspection teams of the Hanoi Steering Committee 389 inspected and handled 11 violations; imposed administrative fines of more than 512 million VND; value of violating goods was more than 457 million VND.
Based on the results of 11 months, the conference identified a number of key tasks in the coming time, especially at the end of 2025 and the Lunar New Year 2026.

Concluding the conference, the leaders of the Hanoi Market Management Department acknowledged the efforts and achievements of the Departments and Teams in the first 11 months of 2025.
At the same time, the leaders of the Hanoi Market Management Department requested the entire force to continue to promote a sense of responsibility, proactively grasp the market situation, strengthen inspection and control, contribute to maintaining market stability, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of businesses and consumers in the capital in the coming time.
