1 Minister, 3 Deputy Ministers, 1 Deputy Governor receives new duties

    Minister of Agriculture and Environment Tran Duc Thang and 3 Deputy Ministers and 1 Deputy Governor are members of the Central Steering Committee for national target programs.

    Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just signed Decision No. 2594/QD-TTg dated November 26, 2025 to complete the members of the Central Steering Committee for national target programs for the period 2021 - 2025.

    Accordingly, Mr. Tran Duc Thang - Minister of Agriculture and Environment, will join the Central Steering Committee, replacing Mr. Do Duc Duy.

    Mr. Vo Van Hung - Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment will join the Central Steering Committee, replacing Mr. Tran Thanh Nam.

    Mr. Le Duc Luan - Deputy Minister of Health, will join the Central Steering Committee, replacing Mr. Do Xuan Tuyen.

    Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha - Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, joins the Central Steering Committee to replace Mr. Cao Huy.

    Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Canh - Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, will join the Central Steering Committee, replacing Mr. Dao Minh Tu.

    The above decision takes effect from November 26, 2025.

    The Central Steering Committee for National Target Programs for the period 2021-2025 was established under Decision No. 1061/QD-TTg dated June 2, 2025 of the Prime Minister.

    The Central Steering Committee is responsible for assisting the Prime Minister in directing, operating, and resolving general tasks related to the management and implementation of national target programs in the period of 2021-2025 and preparing for implementation in the period of 2026-2030.

    The Central Steering Committee is responsible for researching, consulting, recommending, and proposing to the Prime Minister directions and solutions to direct and manage common issues in managing and organizing the implementation of national target programs.
