Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc has just signed Decision 1667/QD-TTg dated August 5, 2025 promulgating a list of public service units under the State Bank of Vietnam.
Accordingly, public service units under the State Bank of Vietnam under the decision-making authority of the Prime Minister include:
1. Banking Academy.
2. Ho Chi Minh City Banking University.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation; abolish Decision No. 1138/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister promulgating the list of public service units under the State Bank of Vietnam.
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam is responsible for issuing a decision regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Banking Academy and Ho Chi Minh City Banking University.
