    Accordingly, after the arrangement, Ha Tinh City will have 3 wards: Thanh Sen, Tran Phu, Ha Huy Tap and the communes: Thach Lac, Dong Tien, Thach Khe, Cam Binh.

    Ky Anh town includes the wards: Song Tri, Hai Ninh, Hoanh Son, Vung Ang.

    Hong Linh town includes Bac Hong Linh ward and Nam Hong Linh ward.

    Ky Anh district includes the communes of Phuong Giai, Ky Anh, Ky Hoa, Ky Van, Ky Khang, Ky Lac, Vong Son.

    Cam Xuyen district includes the communes of Cam Xuyen, Thien Cam, Cam Due, Cam Hung, Cam Lac, Cam Trung, Yen Hoa.

    Thach Ha district includes the communes of Thach Ha, Toan Luu, Phu Viet, Dong Kinh, Thach Xuan, Loc Ha, Hong Loc, Mai Phu.

    Can Loc district includes the communes of Can Loc, Tung Loc, Gia Hanh, Truong Luu, Xuan Loc, Dong Loc.

    Nghi Xuan district includes the communes of Tien Dien, Nghi Xuan, Co Dam, Dan Hai.

    Duc Tho district includes the communes of Duc Tho, Duc Dong, Duc Quang, Duc Thinh, Duc Minh.

    Huong district includes the communes of Huong Son, Son Tay, Tu My, Son Giang, Son Tien, Son Hong, Kim Hoa, Son Kim 1, Son Kim 2.

    Vu Quang district includes the communes of Vu Quang, Mai Hoa, Thuong Duc.
