Da Nang - The Office of the Da Nang City People's Committee organized a professional training conference on the organization and operation of the Public Administration Service Center at the commune and ward levels.

The Office of the People's Committee of Da Nang City organized a professional training conference on the organization and operation of the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center and administrative procedure control (APC), implementation of the one-stop, one-stop mechanism (Cluster II) and collecting opinions on regulations and plans to simplify APC in Hiep Duc Commune.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Chief of Office of the Da Nang People's Committee Le Tu Gia Thanh - said that in recent times, the reform of administrative procedures of communes and wards has achieved many positive results.

Commune-level public administrative service centers are operating more and more smoothly and professionally, contributing to improving the quality of service for people and businesses.

Notably, from July 1 to now, the commune level has created more than 138,000 records, of which the rate of early and on-duty settlement reached 98%, online records reached 87%, online payments reached 75%.

55/95, communes, wards and special zones have fully achieved the 3 targets according to Resolution 57 of the Politburo. However, there are still some shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome.

Deputy Chief of Office Le Tu Gia Thanh suggested that cadres, civil servants and public employees attending the conference focus on research, frank exchanges, sharing experiences, and at the same time promoting a sense of responsibility to effectively apply the training content to practical service for the people.

The Cluster II training conference with the participation of cadres and civil servants of 26 communes and wards aims to support and supplement knowledge and skills in receiving and handling administrative procedures, gradually overcoming limitations, contributing to building a modern, transparent and effective public administration.

At the conference, reporters from the Office of the Da Nang People's Committee and Da Nang Telecommunications presented 5 topics and answered many problems related to administrative reform and the use of the city's administrative procedure settlement information system.

Previously, on August 26, the Office of the Da Nang City People's Committee held a training conference on Cluster I in Ban Thach Ward for 32 communes and wards.
