The 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress is an important political event, an important milestone after the merger and consolidation of the 3 provinces of Lam Dong (old), Binh Thuan and Dak Nong.
The Congress has the theme: Building a clean and strong Party and political system; promoting the great national unity bloc, diverse cultural identity, potential, advantages and innovation; strengthening national defense and security; building Lam Dong province to develop rapidly and sustainably, becoming a dynamic growth pole in the era of national growth.
This Congress will take place from October 9 - 11, 2025 at Hall 7/7 of the Army Academy, No. 2B Lu Gia, Lam Vien - Da Lat Ward, Lam Dong Province.
The holding session was attended by Mr./Ms. Do Chi Tue - Deputy Director of the Department of Localities III of the Central Organizing Committee; Nguyen Xuan Phong - Deputy Director of the Department of Localities II of the Central Party Office and representatives of the leaders of the Central Party Committees.
Lam Dong provincial leaders attended Mr. Y Thanh Ha Nie K dam - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Ho Van Muoi - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Pham Thi Phuc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Dang Hong Sy, Bui Thang, Luu Van Trung - Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Congress was attended by 495/498 official delegates, representing more than 124,000 Party members of the entire Provincial Party Committee.
At the adjournment session, the Congress conducted many important contents such as: electing a Presidium of 15 members, a Secretariat of 3 members and electing an Inspection Committee of the status of delegates to attend the Congress.
At the same time, delegates discussed and agreed on the program, rules and regulations of the Congress; divided into 8 delegate groups and agreed on the discussion locations of the groups.
On this occasion, the Congress also called for support for people affected by the recent storm No. 10.
Previously, the delegation attending the Congress visited and commemorated the heroic martyrs at Lam Dong Martyrs' Cemetery. At the same time, incense was offered, flowers were offered, and certificates of merit were presented at Uncle Ho Monument.
