The Standing Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee has just issued Plan No. 477-KH/TU dated June 8, 2025 on the trial operation of the activities of Party, State agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and commune-level organizations after the arrangement of administrative units in Dong Nai province in 2025.
According to the Provincial Party Committee's Plan, 5 units were selected to pilot the new commune-level administrative unit model, including Phuoc Tan ward, Hang Gon ward, Xuan Loc commune, Dai Phuoc commune and Phu Lam commune.
On June 12, 2025, the province will announce decisions on the organization of the apparatus.
From June 13, 2025 to June 30, 2025, trial operation.
From June 20 to June 27, 2025, preliminary review, summary, and experience of trial operation.
The trial operation content includes the operation of the Party Committee office system and Party building organization; the Party Committee Inspection Committee system; the Vietnam Fatherland Front system and socio-political organizations, and the trial operation in the activities of the People's Council and People's Committee.
Accordingly, the operational testing in the activities of the People's Committee includes organizing a trial of work processing on document management software in the management of the commune level and in implementing the direction of the superior agency, organizing the settlement of administrative procedure records of people - agencies - organizations on the national public service portal and carrying out non-borderary administrative procedures.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee has also assigned members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to monitor and direct the trial operation of the new organizational activities of the above 5 communes and wards.
