On the same day, February 14, Da Nang City Police held a ceremony to announce the decision to retire early for 6 department heads and 9 deputy department heads of the City Police.
Major General Vu Xuan Vien - Director of Da Nang City Police - highly appreciated and acknowledged the sense of responsibility and pioneering, although there was still time to serve, 15 department-level commanders voluntarily wrote an application for early retirement to facilitate the work of restructuring the apparatus of the City Police.

On February 12, Nghe An Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce decisions on early retirement, in which many officers were department heads, district police heads and 9 deputy heads.
Major General Bui Quang Thanh - Director of Nghe An Provincial Police Department thanked 13 leaders of the department and district police for volunteering to retire early to facilitate the implementation of the work of arranging and assigning cadres when perfecting the organizational apparatus, as well as developing a personnel plan for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.
