The ceremony to announce early retirement decisions for 6 Department Heads and 9 Deputy Department Heads. Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Vu Xuan Vien, Director of Da Nang City Police, acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, exemplary behavior and pioneering of the officers. He emphasized that the early retirement of officers is a practical action, contributing significantly to the work of streamlining the apparatus of the Public Security force.
Major General Vu Xuan Vien also affirmed that retired cadres are all people with experience, matured from the grassroots, and have made many contributions to security and order work in the city. He expressed his hope that the officers would continue to contribute their experience and enthusiasm to the Public Security sector in general and Da Nang City Police in particular.
The department heads who applied for early retirement include: Colonel Nguyen Duc Dung, Chief of Staff; Colonel Nguyen Van Hoa, Head of the Immigration Department; Colonel Phan Ngoc Truyen, Head of the Traffic Police Department; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Bay, Chief Inspector; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Nho Chinh, Head of the Economic Security Department; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Cung, Head of the Criminal Techniques Department.
Deputy Heads of the Department include: Lieutenant Colonel Vo Xuan, Deputy Head of the Economic Security Department; Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thanh Hai, Deputy Chief Inspector; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Sinh; Deputy Head of the Mobile Police Department; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Lai, Deputy Chief of Office of the Investigation Police Agency; Lieutenant Colonel Tran Canh, Deputy Head of the Criminal Police Department; Colonel Le Hong Tu, Deputy Head of the Professional records Department; Lieutenant Colonel Lam Khanh, Deputy Head of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order; Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Thanh Loc, Deputy Head of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Phuoc Tot, Deputy Head of the Department of Technical Criminal.
According to Da Nang City Police, many of these officers have worked for more than 44 months but have voluntarily applied for retirement to facilitate the work of arranging and assigning officers according to Project No. 25 of the Central Public Security Party Committee.
