Accordingly, civil servants are eligible and decided by the competent authority for retirement before the age of retirement, prescribed in Appendix I or Appendix II, together with Decree 135/2020/ ND-CP is entitled to a pension immediately without deducting the pension rate due to the retirement before the age.
At the same time, they are entitled to retirement allowances once, allowed to allow the number of years of early leave and allowance to pay over time to pay for compulsory social insurance prescribed in Decree 178/2024/ND-CP.
For cases of age, from full 2 years to 5 years to retirement age, it is entitled to 3 subsidies:
Firstly, retirement allowances once for early vacation.
Secondly, the allowance for the number of years of retirement early: Every year, the early leave (full 12 months) is entitled to 5 months of salary.
Thirdly, the allowance will be paid for compulsory social insurance.
For the first 20 years of work with compulsory social insurance premiums allowed to receive a 5 -month salary for the current salary; For the remaining years (from the 21st year onwards), each year is allowed to provide 0.5 months of salary.
For cases of over 5 years old to 10 years to retirement age prescribed in Decree 178/2024, entitled to 3 allowances:
Firstly, retirement allowances once for early vacation.
For retired people within the first 12 months as follows:
Secondly, the allowance for the number of years of vacation early, every year, the early break (full 12 months) is entitled to 4 months of salary.
Third, allowance for working time with compulsory social insurance:
For the first 20 years of work with compulsory social insurance premiums allowed to receive a 5 -month salary for the current salary; For the remaining years (from the 21st year onwards), each year is allowed to provide 0.5 months of salary.
