On May 27, Son La Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security and the Director of the Provincial Police on promoting ranks and increasing salaries in 2026 for officers and soldiers in the force.
According to the announcement of the Organization and Personnel Department, in 2026, 761 officers and soldiers reaching retirement age will be promoted to ranks and salary grades. Among them, 7 comrades will be promoted to ranks and salary grades according to the decision of the Minister of Public Security; 754 comrades are under the decision-making authority of the Director of the Provincial Police.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Hoang Vinh Hien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police congratulated the officers and soldiers who were promoted to ranks and increased salaries in 2026. At the same time, he requested to continue to uphold the spirit of responsibility, practice, and strive to successfully complete tasks, contributing to maintaining security and order in the area.
