According to documents from the Ministry of Public Security, 80 years accompanying the country, in revolutionary periods, important historical events, during war as well as peaceful times of building the country, the People's Security Forces (ANND) have always been absolutely loyal to the Party, to the Fatherland, wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly serving the people, ready to sacrifice for the cause of protecting national security, taking the interests of the Fatherland and people as the highest ideal and goal to strive for, bringing all their strength, talent and even life to protect the Party, the State, the socialist regime, protect the peaceful and happy life of the people, making worthy contributions to the cause of national liberation, building and protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
In which, the ANND force is absolutely loyal to the Fatherland, to the Communist Party of Vietnam, to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Vietnamese People, ready to sacrifice for the cause of protecting national security.
The loyalty of the ANND force is shown in the deep awareness of revolutionary ideals, steadfast in Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh ideology and the path to socialism; steadfast in the absolute, direct, and comprehensive leadership of the Party in all aspects of Public Security work; resolutely fighting against wrong views, protecting the purity of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh ideology, protecting the Party's Platform and guidelines, policies and laws of the State; upholding the spirit of willingness to sacrifice for the independence, freedom, sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity of the Fatherland, for national security.
General Secretary Le Duan affirmed: "The Police are a sharp weapon, a pillar of the Party, the Party assigns the Police the task of protecting the Party. The Police must see the Party assigning the fate of the Party to themselves. Therefore, the Party chooses the Police among those who are most loyal to the Party, those who only know how to live and die with the Party, only know that as long as the Party is there, then we are there.
Not only that, the People's Security Force is closely attached to the people, serving the people, relying on the people for work and combat.
Born in the revolutionary movement of the people, the ANND force is always closely associated with the people, and is nurtured and helped by the people in all aspects.
The People's Security Forces have deeply grasped and seriously implemented the teachings of beloved President Ho Chi Minh: "Our police are people's police, serving the people and working based on the people", always fully aware of the great historical role of the masses in the cause of protecting national security, considering this one of the decisive factors in the strength of the People's Police in general, and the People's Security Forces in particular.
The People's Security Forces and other forces always act in the spirit of: "For the country, forgetting oneself, serving the people"; "Awakening the people to sleep well, guarding for the people to have fun, taking the joy and happiness of the People as their purpose of life"; "Doing a good deed for the People every day"; in contact and working with the people, there is always a cultural attitude; humble, welcoming, polite, respecting the elderly, loving children, respecting women, helping people with disabilities; truly receptive, listening to opinions, thoughts, aspirations and drastically implementing the legitimate and lawful requests and aspirations of the people. Regularly uphold the revolutionary spirit, resolutely fight and criticize, overcome attitudes of indifference, indifference, authoritarianism, arrogance, causing trouble to the people.
