On July 21, in Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Son Corporation (General Department of National Defense Industry) held a conference to hand over the tasks of General Director and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation.
According to information at the conference, Colonel Mai Quoc Truong - General Director of Ba Son Corporation was transferred and appointed by the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of the General Department of National Defense Industry;
Colonel Phan Van Binh - Chairman of the Corporation holds the position of Chairman cum General Director of Ba Son Corporation.
The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the General Department of National Defense Industry decided to approve Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of the Corporation to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Ba Son Corporation for the term 2025-2030.
Handover of the position of Head of the Military Women's Committee
On the morning of July 20, the General Department of Politics organized a conference to hand over the position of Head of the Military Women's Committee.
Accordingly, the Minister of National Defense signed Decision No. 165/QD-BQP on appointing Colonel Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - Head of the Military Women's Committee, General Department of Politics to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Political Department of the Engineering Corps.
The conference approved the minutes of handover of the task of being in charge of the Military Women's Committee to Colonel Phan Ai Xuan - Deputy Head of the Military Women's Committee.
The handover content includes: functions, tasks, and powers of the Military Women's Committee; responsibilities and tasks of the Head of the Military Women's Committee.
Handing over the responsibilities and tasks of Chairman of MTV 133 Co., Ltd.
On the afternoon of July 22, in Hanoi, Major General Phung Ngoc Son, Deputy Head of the General Department of Logistics and Technology, chaired the Conference to hand over the responsibilities and tasks of the Chairman of the Company; rights and responsibilities of the representative of the direct owner at Company TNHH MTV 133 (Z133 Factory).
The Conference announced Decision No. 165/QD-BQP of the Minister of National Defense on the appointment of cadres.
Accordingly, Colonel Nguyen Xuan Loi - Director of MTV 133 Co., Ltd. was appointed Chairman cum Director of the Company;
Colonel Pham Quoc Tuan - Chairman of the Company was appointed Deputy Director of Company Limited MTV 133.
Considering the proposal of the Party Committee of Factory Z133, the Party Committee of the General Department of Logistics and Technology issued a decision to consolidate the titles of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Factory Party Committee.
Accordingly, Colonel Pham Quoc Tuan takes on the position of Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of Company Limited MTV 133 (Z133 Factory);
Colonel Nguyen Xuan Loi holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman cum Director of the Company (Z133 Factory).

On July 21, Military Region 7 Command held a conference to hand over the position of Head of Logistics - Technical of the Military Region.
Implementing the decision of the Ministry of National Defense on the appointment of cadres, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Tam - Head of Logistics - Technical of the Military Region holds the position of Deputy Commander of the Ho Chi Minh City Command;
Colonel Vu Nam Son - Deputy Head of Logistics - Technical of the Military Region holds the position of Head of Logistics - Technical of the Military Region.
