Mr. Pham Van Cuong - Secretary of the Party Committee of Duc Co commune, Gia Lai province - said: "The application of KPI is necessary to improve responsibility, not to accept avoidance, not to push work away for cadres and party members. Every week, the Commune Party Committee organizes meetings with key cadres to listen to and share difficulties and obstacles in work, construction investment projects and national target programs in the area.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Thanh - Standing Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee - emphasized that provincial-level investors and People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible to the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the results of KPI disbursement of their units.
Units need to develop disbursement plans for each month, each quarter, each week; clearly identify the implemented volume, payment records, problems, handling agencies, handling deadlines and responsible persons.
According to a report by the Gia Lai Department of Finance, the disbursement of public investment capital in the province continues to record positive results. As of July 30, 2026, the total capital plan for 2026 assigned to the province to implement is 30,043 billion VND (including 9,100 billion VND of the Quy Nhon - Pleiku expressway project). Of which, the central budget is 14,780 billion VND, and the remaining 15,263 billion VND is local budget.
To date, the total disbursed value has reached over 9,322 billion VND, equivalent to 33.93% of the target assigned by the Prime Minister and 31.03% of the plan assigned by the Provincial People's Council.
