Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision No. 2497/QD-TTg on adding and perfecting members of the Central Emulation and Reward Council.
According to the decision, the members of the Central Emulation and Reward Council are supplemented and completed as follows:
1. Add Mr. Do Thanh Binh - Minister of Home Affairs as Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Emulation and Reward Council, replacing Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra - Deputy Prime Minister.
2. Add Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front as Vice Chairwoman of the Central Emulation and Reward Council, replacing Mr. Do Van Chien - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly.
3. Add Mr. Truong Thien To - Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army to join the Central Emulation and Reward Council, replacing Mr. Trinh Van Quyet - Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
4. Add Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong - Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly Delegation Work Committee to join the Central Emulation and Reward Council, replacing Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment.
The above decision takes effect from November 16.
