In particular, the Provincial People's Committee will establish a Regional Traffic Project Management Board and a specialized agricultural project management board, on the basis of merging the Cai Mep - Thi Vai Regional Traffic Project Management Board and the specialized agricultural project management board.
Establish the Provincial Traffic and Civil Project Management Board, on the basis of merging the Traffic Project Management Board and the Civil and Industrial Project Management Board.
Establish the Provincial Special-use and Protective Forest Management Board, on the basis of merging the Con Dao National Park Management Board; Protective Forest Management Board and Binh Chau - Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve Management Board. This Board will operate under the management of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
End the operation of the Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, transfer tasks to relevant units under the departments. At the same time, end the operation of about 40 Steering Committees established by the Provincial People's Committee; remove 2 Associations from the list of associations assigned by the Party and State to perform provincial tasks.
