In particular, the Provincial People's Committee requested to synthesize and compile statistics on the province's construction works to urge monitoring, inspection, supervision and settlement according to regulations, to be completed in May 2025.
Coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to synthesize and evaluate the situation of staff use, thereby completing the plan to arrange and assign cadres, civil servants and public employees after the merger; complete before June 15.
Arrange and perfect the organization and personnel in Party, State agencies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State, to be completed before June 30.
At the same time, review, synthesize, and count assets and financial work; plans for arranging and handling headquarters and working equipment...; synthesize, and count apartment buildings and social housing for handover and management according to authority... in June 2025.
Statistics, inventory, packaging, sealing records and documents and preparing for the handover and receipt between the old administrative unit and the new administrative unit; the district and commune levels complete before June 15; the provincial level complete before August 15.
Promote the digitalization of documents of agencies and organizations when implementing administrative unit arrangement; district and commune levels complete before June; provincial levels complete before August 30.
Resolve the regime and policies for redundant cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, and part-time workers at agencies, organizations, and units in administrative units to be reorganized before August; and other relevant contents.
After the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province takes effect, updated population databases and related electronic records will be deployed.
Adjust and supplement the implementation of regimes and policies according to the National Target Program for commune-level administrative units formed after the arrangement; Adjust and supplement records and maps of administrative unit boundaries at all levels; cadastral records... according to the Central's instructions. As well as handling other arising work and problems if any.
According to the Provincial People's Committee, the plan was developed to determine the contents, work to continue implementation, and work that needs to be prepared to proactively implement in accordance with regulations and actual situations of agencies and units.
Thereby ensuring the continuous, effective and efficient operation of the apparatus in the political system when implementing the arrangement and reorganization of commune-level administrative units; not disrupting the lives and activities of people and production and business activities of agencies, units and enterprises in the area.
