On March 28, the first session of the 11th Dong Nai Provincial People's Council, term 2026-2031, elected the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and the Vice Chairmen of the 11th Provincial People's Council.
Ms. Ton Ngoc Hanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the 10th Provincial People's Council, continued to be elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the 11th Provincial People's Council with absolute confidence votes, reaching 100% of the delegates present in favor.
Immediately after that, the Provincial People's Council passed a resolution confirming the results of the election of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term.

Mr. Tran Van Mi, Vice Chairman of the 10th Provincial People's Council and Ms. Dang Minh Nguyet, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Long Khanh Ward People's Council were also elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the 11th Dong Nai Provincial People's Council with absolute confidence votes.
Immediately after that, the Provincial People's Council passed a resolution confirming the results of the election of the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term.
Continuing the content of the session, to complete the consolidation of the organizational structure, the Provincial People's Council will consider and decide to establish the Ethnic Minority Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Council and pass a resolution on this content. At the same time, the Provincial People's Council will elect the heads of the committees of the Provincial People's Council and pass a resolution confirming the election results.
After that, the Standing Committee of the 11th Provincial People's Council held the first session to decide the number and approve the list of deputy heads and members of the committees of the Provincial People's Council at the proposal of the head of the committee.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the committees of the 11th Provincial People's Council, term 2026-2031, will officially debut before the Provincial People's Council, marking the completion and consolidation of the organizational structure to implement tasks in the new term.
