Accordingly, in the morning, the Central Committee and delegates worked at the Hall, discussing the following contents: (1) Regulations of the Central Executive Committee on the implementation of the Party Charter. (2) Regulations of the Central Executive Committee on inspection, supervision and discipline of the Party. (3) Working regulations of the 14th Central Inspection Committee. (4) Regulations on political and ideological work in the Party.
After that, in the remaining time of the morning and afternoon, the Central Committee and delegates worked at the Group to discuss and give opinions on the following contents:
(1) 5-year socio-economic development plan 2026 - 2030; 5-year national financial plan for the period 2026 - 2030; Medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026 - 2030; 5-year public debt borrowing and repayment plan for the period 2026 - 2030.
(2) Submission on the establishment of Dong Nai city directly under the Central Government.
(3) Summary of 20 years of implementing Resolution No. 5 of the 10th Central Committee on strengthening Party inspection and supervision work.
(4) Summary of 20 years of implementing Resolution No. 3 of the 10th Central Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership in the work of preventing and combating corruption and wastefulness.
