According to Decision 1781, the Secretariat approved Mr. Phan Van Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee to join the Standing Committee of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
Previously, the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to appoint Mr. Phan Van Binh - Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head in charge of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board from December 4, 2024, for a term of 5 years.
Mr. Phan Van Binh - Head of the Organizing Committee of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, born in 1981, hometown in Thang Binh district, Quang Nam province.
Professional qualifications: Master of Public Policy, University of Industry and Rural Construction, University of Politics, Organizational Work; Advanced political theory.
During his working process, Mr. Binh has held important positions at the Organizing Committee of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of Quang Nam Province; Deputy Secretary of Nam Giang District Party Committee; Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.
