    At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee, former Chief of the Party Central Committee and Mr. Le Hoai Trung - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Party Central Office - Signing and handing over tasks.
