On the afternoon of September 16, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work. Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the conference.
According to the announced decisions, Mr. Nguyen Hai Duong - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Kim Bang commune was transferred to work at the Provincial Party Committee Office, arranged as a full-time member of the Provincial Specialized Research Department.
Mr. Le Van Trung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board was also transferred to the Provincial Party Committee Office, arranged as a full-time member of the Provincial Specialized Research Department.
The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee also rotated and appointed Mr. Nguyen Duc An - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Kim Bang Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
Mr. Le Quang Huy - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment was transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Kim Bang commune, term 2025-2030.
According to the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, in the third quarter of 2026, the province will continue to focus on rotating, mobilizing, arranging, and consolidating the contingent of cadres; in which, focusing on bringing provincial-level cadres to the grassroots level for training, testing, and preparing a source of leading and managing cadres.
