On September 12, information from the Organization Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee said that this agency has just issued Official Dispatch No. 1720-CV/BTCTU on continuing to implement contents related to personnel work.
Previously, on June 27, the Organization Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 1404-CV/BTCTU on temporarily suspending the appointment of cadres according to the tasks assigned by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
Up to now, competent authorities have assigned the 2026 payroll to agencies, units, and localities. After seeking opinions and being agreed upon by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee proposed that Party committees at all levels, agencies, and units continue to implement the contents on personnel work according to regulations, decentralization, and authority.
Accordingly, agencies and units are allowed to continue to implement the transfer, rotation, appointment, consolidation of leading and managing cadres; recruit and receive cadres, civil servants, public employees and related contents according to regulations.
The Organization Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee also requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to lead and direct the Provincial People's Committee and specialized agencies to strictly control and appraise the recruitment and arrangement of cadres, civil servants, and public employees.
Recruitment and personnel arrangement must be suitable to the requirements of each job position, and at the same time be associated with the requirements of staff streamlining in the 2027-2030 period.
The official dispatch was sent to the advisory and assisting agencies of the Provincial Party Committee; Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee; departments, agencies, branches, agencies and units at the provincial level for implementation.
