It's a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit.

Senior Lieutenant General Truong Thien To emphasized that 2026 is the year of the 14th National Party Congress, election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies of all levels for the 2026-2031 term; the first year of implementing the Resolution of the 12th Party Congress of the Army, posing increasingly high requirements for press and publishing work.
Agencies and units need to continue to innovate the content and methods of propaganda; strengthen the struggle to protect the Party's ideological foundation; proactively coordinate propaganda on military, national defense and foreign defense tasks, contributing to building a "tight, compact, strong, modern" Army, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

In 2025, the world and regional situation continues to be complicated and unpredictable. Many important political events took place in the country; the entire Party, people, and army drastically implemented many major policies and decisions; hostile forces continued to promote the opposition to the Party, State and Army.
In that context, with the close leadership and direction of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and the General Department of Politics, the press and publishing work of the entire army in 2025 has closely followed the central political task, achieving many important and comprehensive results.
Propaganda coordination between agencies inside and outside the Army has been strengthened. Hundreds of thousands of high-quality news, articles, photos, programs, and video clips have been posted, broadcast, and widely spread the noble image of "Uncle Ho's Soldiers" in the new era, especially in training, combat readiness, defense diplomacy, helping people prevent, combat, overcome the consequences of natural disasters, search and rescue, and participate in the United Nations peacekeeping force...
