This project is located in Hung Vuong Square area (Viet Tri ward), with a scale of 1,000 seats including 3 floors above ground, 1 basement and 1 roof floor; the construction area of the project is 4,947 m2 (including an outdoor stage).

Phu Tho Cultural and Arts House is designed in a modern neoclassical style, harmoniously combining contemporary architecture and traditional elements typical of the Ancestral Land.
The interior is designed according to theateate standards, each space is designed according to a separate theme suitable for the purpose of use; materials used to decorate the interior are mainly wood, ceramic, glass, stone and colored metal.
The sound, lighting, soundproofing, air conditioning systems... are invested and installed synchronously and modernly.
According to Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huy Ngoc, the cultural and artistic house is a key project of the province, and is also the location chosen to organize the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 scheduled to take place on September 29 - 30, 2025.
Because there is not much time left until the Congress, the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province requested the investor to resolutely direct contractors to focus maximum human and material resources to complete the entire project, ensuring the best conditions to serve this important political event.
For indoor items to be completed by September 15, 2025, outdoor items must be completed on September 18 and handed over in full on September 20, 2025. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to adding spotlights around the cultural house to ensure aesthetics and a harmonious and outstanding lighting effect.
The power system must be completed and accepted before September; all fire prevention and fighting documents of the project must be completed before September 20 to serve the licensing work.
The Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee also requested Viet Tri ward to direct the implementation of hygiene, security and order, and good management of street vending around the cultural and artistic house area, ensuring the aesthetics of the Congress area...
Regarding the adjustment of some items in the hall, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huy Ngoc requested the investor to study and have a plan soon for implementation.
