Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Politburo Member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc assessed that in February, Hanoi achieved very positive results. Based on the directing opinions of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the guiding opinions of leaders of sectors, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc requested departments, sectors, and localities to clearly define their responsibilities.
First, based on the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 18th City Party Congress, levels and sectors must base on tasks and advantages to build practical and breakthrough action programs.
Second, regarding election work, it is necessary to successfully organize elections to ensure compliance with the law, elect correctly and elect enough; absolute safety, truly a festival for the whole people.
Third, regarding growth, it is proposed that the Department of Finance advise the leaders of the City People's Committee on specific data for each month and each quarter to promote a common level of breakthrough solutions for the city.
Fourth, it is necessary to complete the roadmap for proposing amendments to the Politburo's Resolution on the revised Capital Law and the 100-year vision of the Capital Planning.
