The Committee for Election of National Assembly Deputies of the 16th term at constituency No. 5, headed by Mr. Nguyen Quang Phuc, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee, inspected the preparation for elections and organization of election day in the wards: Hong An, Hong Bang, An Bien and Le Chan.
According to the report, up to now, the People's Committees of wards have received election documents issued by the city and deployed them to the Election Teams; posted the list of voters in the voting areas; assigned dossier receiving teams to regularly be on duty at the headquarters to carry out the receipt of candidate dossiers according to regulations. Information and propaganda work, visual mobilization are widely deployed in many rich forms and are integrated with propaganda to implement socio-economic development tasks, celebrate the Party, celebrate spring. Material facilities serving the election are well prepared.
Through field inspection and listening to reports, the Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee requested wards to continue to focus highly on the leadership and direction of Party committees and ward authorities at all levels to successfully organize the election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term. Along with that, focus on propaganda and notification to voters of election dates, voting locations, and voting times in the form of posting, broadcasting, and through mass media in the area.
Localities actively mobilize voters to vote at a high rate; continue to do a good job of visual propaganda and mobilization, creating a joyful, excited, and democratic atmosphere among the people, so that election day is truly a festival for the whole people...
On the same day, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung inspected the election preparation work in the wards: Do Son, Nam Do Son and Duong Kinh. The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee noted that the election day is approaching, localities continue to strengthen the decoration and celebration work in the election area; have signs indicating entrances, exits, sealed areas... fully and easily visible.
At the same time, coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to implement decoration on major traffic routes, intersecting localities; focus on propaganda in industrial parks, places with many workers and temporary residents registering to vote in the area; actively mobilize voters to participate in elections...
Also on March 2, the working delegation of Election Commission No. 3 conducted the second phase of inspection in communes in the former Vinh Bao district and some communes in the west of the city. Participating in the inspection delegation were comrades: Dao Trong Duc - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Council; Tran Van Quan - Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee and Dao Phu Thuy Duong - Member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Vinh Bao commune.
Speaking in conclusion, Mr. Dao Trong Duc - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Council, Head of Election Commission No. 3 acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive and responsible spirit of localities in the election preparation work. At the same time, he requested Election Commission No. 3 and localities to continue to carefully review voter lists, fully prepare candidate dossiers, complete facilities, arrange voting areas to ensure science, convenience, and solemnity; strengthen propaganda and mobilization of voters to participate in the election, promote the role and responsibility of heads of Party committees and authorities in leading, directing and directly grasping the area, contributing to the successful organization of the 16th National Assembly election, ensuring democracy, legality, safety and on schedule.
