On January 30, the Department of Planning and Finance (Supreme People's Court) held a ceremony to announce and award the decision to appoint the position of Chief of Office of this Department.
At the ceremony, Mr. Pham Anh Tu - Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, Supreme People's Court (SPC) announced the decision of the Chief Justice of the SPC on the appointment of Mr. Hoang Anh - Deputy Chief of Office of the Department of Planning and Finance of the SPC to hold the position of Chief of Office, for a 5-year term from February 1, 2026.

Also in the week, on the same day, January 30, the Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy (VKSND) organized a ceremony to announce and award decisions to appoint officials.
At the Ceremony, Mr. Le Duc Hung - Deputy Head of the Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy announced the decisions on personnel work of the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
Accordingly, Major Giap Manh Tuan - Intermediate Guard, Head of the General Staff Team, Room 7, Guard Command, Ministry of Public Security - was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Technical Department, under the Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy. The term of appointment is 5 years, from January 26, 2026;
Appointing Mr. Truong Van Tuan - Intermediate Investigator - to hold the position of Deputy Head of Department, Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy. The term of appointment is 5 years, from February 1, 2026;
Appointing Mr. Nguyen Tuan Son - Intermediate Investigator - to hold the position of Deputy Head of Department, Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy. The term of appointment is 5 years, from February 1, 2026.
At the Ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Bang - Head of the Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy - emphasized that personnel work is a regular and important task of the unit. The appointment shows the concern and objectivity of the Party Committee and leaders of the Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy in evaluating and recognizing the capacity and qualifications of officials.
