Accordingly, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court decided to appoint Mr. Tran Huy Duc (50 years old) - Chief Justice of the People's Court of Phu Yen province - to hold the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tien - Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court - presented the decision to Mr. Tran Huy Duc.
Mr. Tien said that recently, the High People's Court in Da Nang has encountered many difficulties and shortages of personnel. With the attention of the leaders of the Supreme People's Court, the High People's Court in Da Nang has had a Deputy Chief Justice added. Also on February 14, authorized by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, the People's Court of Quang Ngai province held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the People's Court of Binh Son district.
At the ceremony, Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of the People's Court of Quang Ngai province Pham Thi Trang announced the decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Do (37 years old) - Chief Justice of the People's Court of Binh Son district - to hold the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the People's Court of Binh Son district, for a term of 5 years from the date of signing.
Speaking at the ceremony, the new Deputy Chief Justice of Binh Son District People's Court Nguyen Van Do expressed his deep gratitude for the trust of the leaders of the Supreme People's Court, Quang Ngai Provincial People's Court, Binh Son District leaders and the unit's collective over the past time.
Also last week, in Ho Chi Minh City, the City People's Court held ceremonies to announce and hand over the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on the transfer and appointment of the position of chief judge.
According to the decision, Mr. Nguyen Van Binh, 55 years old, Judge and Chief Justice of District 6 People's Court, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Justice of District 12 People's Court, Ho Chi Minh City, for a term of 5 years from February 16, 2025.
Receiving the appointment decision, Chief Justice of District 12 People's Court Nguyen Van Binh promised to always strive, practice, and use all his abilities and experience to perform well the assigned tasks.
On the same day, February 10, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Sang, 56 years old, Judge, Chief Justice of District 12 People's Court to hold the position of Chief Justice of District 11 People's Court.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Sang's term as Chief Justice is 5 years from February 16, 2025.
