On the afternoon of February 14, the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce and hand over the Decision to appoint the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang to Mr. Tran Huy Duc - former Chief Justice of the People's Court of Phu Yen province.
Before being appointed to the new position, Mr. Tran Huy Duc (born in 1975) held the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Phu Yen province. With 27 years of experience working in the court industry, Mr. Duc has held many different positions.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Van Tien highly appreciated the professional qualifications, practical experience and moral qualities of the new Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Tran Huy Duc. Mr. Tien believes that, with his capacity and experience, Mr. Duc will successfully complete the assigned tasks, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of the High People's Court in Da Nang.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Mr. Tran Huy Duc expressed his honor and respect for the trust of the leaders of the Supreme People's Court. He affirmed that he will strive to work with the leadership, cadres and civil servants of the High People's Court in Da Nang to fulfill the assigned tasks, contributing to improving the quality of trial, ensuring justice, rights and legitimate interests of citizens. He also emphasized the importance of solidarity and unity within the court to successfully complete the set goals.
With the appointment of Mr. Tran Huy Duc, the High People's Court in Da Nang currently has three Deputy Chief Justice, including Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong, Mr. Pham Tan Hoang and Mr. Tran Huy Duc.
