Tran The Kinh, 50 years old, Senior Prosecutor, Director of Civil Case Prosecution Department, Supreme People's Procuracy; Nguyen Duc Bang, 52 years old, Senior Prosecutor, Head of the Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
On behalf of the 4 Prosecutors of the Supreme People's Procuracy who were appointed, speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Le Van Dong said that he will constantly learn to improve his capacity, qualifications and leadership methods; adhere to discipline and order, work with the highest sense of responsibility; maintain solidarity and unity in agencies, units and key leaders of the sector; closely coordinate with relevant agencies in the process of performing tasks.
Also this week, on August 27, the Supreme People's Procuracy coordinated with the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee to organize a ceremony to announce and award the decision of the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy on personnel work.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Supreme People's Procuracy announced the Decision of the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the appointment of Mr. Tran Xuan Truong - Intermediate Prosecutor, Head of the Department of Prosecution and Investigation and Supervision of the first-instance trial of economic and corruption cases (Nghe An Provincial People's Procuracy) to hold the position of Deputy Chief Procurator of Nghe An Provincial People's Procuracy. The term of appointment for Mr. Truong is 5 years, from September 1, 2026.
Handing over the decision and giving directing speeches at the ceremony, Mr. Ho Duc Anh - Standing Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy proposed that, in his new position, Mr. Tran Xuan Truong continue to promote the bravery, spirit of responsibility, frankness and affection of the people of Nghe An; together with the leadership of the Nghe An Provincial People's Procuracy, maintain solidarity, and constantly improve the quality of the work of exercising the right to prosecution and supervising judicial activities.
Receiving the appointment decision, Mr. Tran Xuan Truong - the new Deputy Director of the People's Procuracy of Nghe An province committed to seriously absorb all directing opinions, constantly cultivate political bravery and professional ethics; promote the pioneering spirit, and together with the leadership of the People's Procuracy of Nghe An province successfully implement the motto "Solidarity, innovation, bravery, discipline, professionalism, modernity", well meeting the requirements of judicial tasks in the new situation.
On this occasion, the Supreme People's Procuracy and the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee also organized the awarding of retirement decisions under the social insurance regime from September 1, 2026 to Ms. Duong Thi Lien - Deputy Director of the Nghe An Provincial People's Procuracy after 35 years of service.
