Vinh City Party Secretary holds the position of Secretary of Truong Vinh Ward

Cao Bang has a new Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee
On June 9, the People's Council of Cao Bang province held the 31st Session (special session) to consider and decide to elect additional positions of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, term 2021-2026.
The session conducted the procedure for dismissing the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for Mr. Trieu Dinh Le - former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, who retired early according to the regime.
The Provincial People's Council then elected Mr. Be Thanh Tinh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, delegate of the 17th Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
After implementing the process of dismissing Mr. Hoang Xuan Anh from the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee due to retirement according to regulations, the delegates of the Provincial People's Council elected the Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee.
With a consensus vote of 39/42, Mr. Le Hai Hoa was elected by the Provincial People's Council as Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province.
