According to the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, except in cases where the Central Committee of the Fatherland Front or other socio-political organizations propose to appoint people, the National Assembly Standing Committee shall carry out procedures in accordance with regulations.
"Specialized National Assembly deputies who study, participate in other organizations, concurrently hold positions... must definitely submit documents, have documents and complete procedures.
