On the morning of March 19, in Da Nang, Military Region 5 held a conference to announce and award decisions on personnel work for the Central Military School.
According to the announced decisions, 30 military officers from military units were transferred and appointed to work at the Central Military School (Quang Phu ward, Da Nang city).

On the morning of March 19, at the Military Command (CHQS) of Ninh Binh province, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command organized a Conference to deploy the Decision to mobilize professional soldiers (QNCN) to participate in Engineering Team No. 5 and Level 2 Field Hospital No. 8 to perform the United Nations peacekeeping mission in 2026.
At the conference, leaders of the Military Affairs Committee announced the decisions of Military Region 3 on the deployment of professional soldiers to participate in the United Nations peacekeeping force. Accordingly, 3 professional soldiers of the provincial armed forces were selected to participate in Engineering Team No. 5 and Level 2 Field Hospital No. 8 - units currently performing tasks at United Nations missions.

Military Region 4 mobilizes 13 military doctors to hospitals
On March 18, the Logistics - Technical Department of Military Region 4 organized a conference to announce and award personnel work decisions for 2026.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Command of the Department of Logistics and Technology announced the decision to transfer and appoint 12 trainees who graduated from military general practitioner training at the Military Medical Academy and 1 Comrade Head of Military Medical Division 324 to work at Military Hospital 4 and Military Hospital 268.
