Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the People's Council of Cau Giay District Nguyen Van Chien affirmed that the reorganization of the apparatus is a revolution, a breakthrough to improve work efficiency and the ability to meet the requirements of innovation in the political system.
This is a difficult task that affects each cadre, civil servant, and public employee, especially the merger and conversion of a number of agencies and units.

Based on the wishes of individuals and the proposal of the Standing Committee of Cau Giay District Party Committee, the Standing Committee of Hanoi City Party Committee decided to allow Ms. Le Thi Thuy - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department, Director of the Cau Giay District Political Center and Mr. Pham Van Trien - Head of the Cau Giay District Party Committee's Organization Department to retire early from March 1, 2025.
