Here, people need to change and reissue a driving license directly to prepare complete documents, following the instructions of officers and soldiers of the Traffic Police Department.
The Traffic Police Department has arranged 2 stalls to receive documents and 2 stalls to take photos directly for people to change their driving licenses. After submitting all documents including old driving licenses, health certificates, residence information, etc., the Traffic Police Department will enter new data and photo photos. The entire file will be updated on the system of the Traffic Police Department (Ministry of Public Security).
Currently, because the driver's license form has not been met, information on changing and reissuing the license will be integrated into the population data system. The Traffic Police will look into the driver's license when checking the driver's license while waiting for a new driver's license.
The Department of Traffic Police conducts the change and reissuance of driving licenses directly at No. 5 Nguyen Tri Phuong (Department of Receiving Documents for issuance and reissuance of driving licenses) from Monday to Saturday according to office hours.
In the coming time, the direct issuance and renewal of driving licenses will be implemented at the headquarters of the Commune, Ward and Town Police.
