Accordingly, Mr. Vu Thanh Son - Head of the Propaganda Department of Women's Union of Hai Phong City Labor Federation - holds the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of the City Party Agencies.
Establish the Hai Phong City People's Committee Trade Union as a higher-level delegation under the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, consisting of 54 grassroots trade unions and 12,575 union members. The City Labor Federation appoints the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Trade Union Inspection Committee and related positions. Mr. Nguyen Cong Hoa - Chairman of the Hai Phong Industry and Trade Trade Union - was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the City People's Committee Trade Union.
The Hai Phong City Labor Federation also transferred 403 unions under 7 dissolved units to the Trade Union of Party agencies and the Trade Union of the Hai Phong City People's Committee and the Labor Federations of districts, towns and Thuy Nguyen City.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Tan - Chairman of the Construction Trade Union, Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy - Chairman of the Agriculture and Rural Development Trade Union - were both assigned to work at the Organizing Committee of the City Labor Federation Inspectorate, holding the position of Deputy Head of the Committee.
Ms. Tran Thi Mai - Chairwoman of the Transport Trade Union - was transferred to the Propaganda Department of Women's Union of the City Labor Federation, holding the position of Deputy Head of the Department
Mr. Tran Van Thang - Chairman of the Hai Phong Education Trade Union - was assigned to work at the Hai Phong Economic Zone Trade Union, holding the position of Vice Chairman. The decisions take effect from March 1, 2025.
