On the morning of August 5, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province held a ceremony to announce decisions on personnel work for leaders of specialized agencies and public service units under the Provincial People's Committee.
At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the appointment of leaders, with a term of office of 5 years (from August 1, 2025).
Accordingly, Mr. Tran Minh Chien - Head of the Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board - was appointed as Head of the Khanh Hoa Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board.
Mr. Le Hong Phuong and Phan Chau Vinh (Deputy Head of Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board) hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board; Ms. Vo Thi Thu Huong - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance - was transferred to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board.
The Provincial People's Committee also transferred Mr. Dao Xuan Ky - Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; appointed Mr. Tran Van Tiep as Director of the Nui Chua - Phuoc Binh National Park Management Board; Mr. Tran Van Khang as Deputy Director of this unit.
At the same time, Mr. Luyen Manh Cuong - Director of the Tourism Promotion Center under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (before the arrangement) - was appointed as Deputy Director of the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Minh Chien, representative of the appointed cadres, expressed his determination to strive to contribute and complete the assigned tasks well, contributing to the successful implementation of the province's socio-economic development goals.
Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Nam emphasized that the transfer and appointment of personnel in the current period is not only an urgent task but also has strategic significance in the context of increasing workload.

Mr. Tran Quoc Nam suggested that the appointed cadres need to promote their qualities and abilities, quickly get up to speed with the work; at the same time, requested agencies and units to create the most favorable conditions for cadres to work with peace of mind, stabilize the apparatus, and successfully complete assigned political tasks.
