At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Ta Van Dep - Party Secretary, Director of Binh Duong Provincial Police - presented the decision to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Bui Thanh Truc - Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of Binh Duong Provincial Police - to hold the position of Deputy Director of Binh Duong Provincial Police.
Colonel Ta Van Dep presented the decision to transfer and appoint Lieutenant Colonel Phan Huy Van - Head of the Immigration Department of the Ministry of Public Security - to take up the position of Deputy Director of Binh Duong Provincial Police.
Also last week, on November 19, the People's Procuracy of An Giang province held a ceremony to announce the decision on the appointment of the position of Chief Procurator of Phu Tan district.
Accordingly, the representative of the Personnel Organization Department announced the Decision dated November 11, 2024 of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong - Head of the Office of Prosecution and Appeal Trial Supervision of Criminal Cases (Provincial People's Procuracy) - to hold the position of Chief Justice of Phu Tan District People's Procuracy, for a term of 5 years, starting from November 15, 2024.
Director of the An Giang Provincial People's Procuracy Huynh Dong Bac suggested that in his new position, Mr. Phuong should demonstrate his responsibility as a leader, uphold the spirit of solidarity in the Party cell, Party branch and the institute's leadership; quickly grasp the situation to soon lead the unit to carry out assigned tasks in accordance with the requirements of the proposed work plan.
In addition, Mr. Huynh Dong Bac requested the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and prosecution agencies of Phu Tan district to create conditions and help the new Chief Justice to lead the unit to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
